★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deplorable el servicio, no le pongo cero porque no es posible, cierran dos horas antes de lo que se anuncia mediante cartulinas (anuncio no legal ni formal).
The service is deplorable, I do not put a zero because it is not possible, they close two hours before what is announced by cardboard (not legal or formal announcement).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no saben leer ni interpretar sus propios requisitos, te hacen dar muchas vueltas por documentos aunque sean los correctos, la peor oficina en la que he estado.
Terrible service, they don't know how to read or interpret their own requirements, they make you go around many documents even if they are the right ones, the worst office I've been to.

Muy tardadados, muchas trabas, pésimo el servicio de los que trabajan ahi, en especial un chico flaco alto que se cree jefe.

Very time consuming, many obstacles, the service of those who work there is terrible, especially a tall skinny boy who thinks he is a boss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO servicio y atención por parte del personal de la sucursal. No saben dar indicaciones ni tampoco que documentos realmente necesita el ciudadano para hacer su trámite. Te hacen dar muchas vueltas. Hoy 4 personas se pelearon con ellos porque no es la primera vez que les hacen dar varias vueltas solo para pequeñas correcciones de domicilio. Deberían enviar auditores a revisar ese personal!
PESIMO service and attention by the branch staff. They do not know how to give indications nor what documents the citizen really needs to do their paperwork. They make you go around a lot. Today 4 people quarreled with them because it is not the first time they have been given several laps only for small corrections of address. They should send auditors to check that staff!
