Everything was fine, they treated me better than I expected, the waiting time was very short to go inside it was 2 minutes and to finish the paperwork it was 25 minutes

Making an appointment is useless since they are not respected and you have to line up, wait an hour in line, if they make an appointment go two hours before this or later there is no problem anyway you will line up go at the time you they can, there is no healthy distance or any organization but well it is what is expected from government offices

I processed it in February, with an appointment I was waiting at least 30 minutes, then on the day of delivery they didn't have them and two weeks later they didn't have them either, I'll go a 3rd time to see if it's finally over.

Excellent place to process your INE super fast, very friendly staff, the place has very good security measures, it has antibacterial gel and temperature measurement, it takes longer to arrive than in what they attend to you. I highly recommend the place.
