★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde noviembre estoy tratando de hacer cita para un ingreso rápido a la institución, pero me aparecian disponible hasta MARZO, hoy fui personalmente para hacer mi tramite, a pesar de no haber gente no me dejaron pasar. ¿Entonces que estan haciendo todo el día? Antes eran super eficientes ojala que haya un supervisor que este revisando constantemente la atención del personal. PESIMO SERVICIO
Since November I have been trying to make an appointment for a quick admission to the institution, but they appeared to be available until MARCH, today I went personally to do my paperwork, despite the fact that there were no people, they did not let me pass. So what are they doing all day? Before they were super efficient, I hope there is a supervisor who is constantly reviewing the attention of the staff. TERRIBLE SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mmuy mala llegas a la hora de tu cita y te atienden cuando ellos quieren.. Y lo peor al ir a recoger la credencial no te dejan pasar si llevas a tu bebé.
Será que quieren que lo dejes afuera?
En fin que triste que se llamen servidor público y no saben lo que significa esa frase..
Very bad you arrive at the time of your appointment and they attend to you when they want... And the worst thing is when you go to pick up the credential they don't let you pass if you bring your baby.
Do they want you to leave it out?
Anyway, it's sad that they call themselves a public servant and they don't know what that phrase means.
