To process INE you must have an appointment or arrive early to be able to take a record, an 8:30 am is fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debido a que es un módulo muy pequeño, solo hay una persona o dos atendiendo. A pesar de que uno llega con cita tiene que esperar bastante tiempo en ser atendido porque con cada persona se tardan alrededor de 20 minutos. Me tocó esperar 1 hora la primera vez que fui, había varias personas antes que yo y terminé siendo atendida mucho tiempo después de mi cita. La segunda solo esperé 20 minutos. Fuera de eso, el personal es muy amable y te explica cualquier duda.
Because it is a very small module, there is only one person or two attending. Although one arrives by appointment, they have to wait a long time to be seen because it takes around 20 minutes for each person. I had to wait 1 hour the first time I went, there were several people before me and I ended up being treated long after my appointment. The second I only waited 20 minutes. Apart from that, the staff is very friendly and explains any questions you may have.
