★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron rápido y respetaron la cita, solamente deberian tener bien indicado las filas para Cita y Sin Cita porque no se entiende donde se deben formar. Y a la gente en general traigan sus papeles o no los van a atender!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud de servicio. Se les olvida que son servidores públicos. Me atendieron 3 personas y una de ellas fue el típico estereotipo del burócrata con muy mala actitud. Si no les gusta su chamba, busquen otro. Ahora entiendo porque la gente no actualiza su INE.
Terrible service attitude. They forget that they are public servants. I was attended by 3 people and one of them was the typical stereotype of a bureaucrat with a very bad attitude. If you don't like your job, find another one. Now I understand why people do not update their INE.

Muy rápido todo mi trámite , antes de ir obviamente me asegure de que todos mis documentos fueran completos ..
por lo que al llegar todo fue rápido ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el trato de la chica que atiende en la puerta de acceso, capaciten a su personal y expliquen bien los requisitos para trámites sobre todo cuando es por primera vez ya que solicitan que lleven dos testigos y cuando uno pide información en línea no lo informan y al llegar con los testigos no quieren que estén cerca los mandan hasta enfrente de las pizza en pleno rayo del sol, eso no es agradable para nadie, saben perfectamente que un servidor público se debe a sus clientes ojo por favor
