I went without an appointment to process the replacement due to the loss of my credential, it took only 3 hours for them to help me with my paperwork, thank you very much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es justo que los trabajadores del INE pongan a personas que llegan a las 12sin cita en la fila de los que si tienen cita. Y otros que llegamos desde las 8 a las 4pm aún no nos atienden.
It is not fair that INE workers put people who arrive at 12 without an appointment in the line of those who do have an appointment. And others who arrive from 8 to 4 pm still do not attend us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiado lentos, tenía cita por la tarde y me la cancelaron y cambiaron para la mañana y aún así tarde 2hrs en entrar. El personal es atento pero el trámite es demasiado lento
Too slow, I had an appointment in the afternoon and they canceled it and changed it for the morning and it still took me 2 hours to get in. The staff is attentive but the process is too slow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Atencion del personal apesar que fui sin cita la espera fue poca y nos atendieron a todos tambien nos explicaron que la prioridad es con las personas que tienen cita pero aun asi trataron de dar solucion.
Excellent attention from the staff, even though I went without an appointment, the wait was short and they attended to all of us, they also explained that the priority is with the people who have an appointment, but they still tried to provide a solution.
