★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están muy mal organizados, saqué cita a las 7:24 pm y me atendieron hasta las 8:00 pm para que luego no me aceptaran mi trámite porque Telmex pone diferentes las direcciones y en vez de buscar soluciones me negaron el trámite. No recomiendo este lugar.
They are very poorly organized, I made an appointment at 7:24 pm and they attended me until 8:00 pm so that later they would not accept my procedure because Telmex puts different addresses and instead of looking for solutions they denied me the procedure. I do not recommend this place.

Mucha organización, en 15 minutos tenían todo. Excelente! ✨✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien, atienden super rápido y no hay necesidad de tener cita. Aparte la credencial te la dan en una semana y en otros lugares tardan hasta 1 mes en dartela.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio no es malo pero hay cosas que confunden. Al llegar existen dos filas afuera del módulo, tienes que preguntar en cuál formarte porque algunos traen cita y otros no, si por alguna casualidad te falta un documento pero si tenías cita registrada, tienes hasta antes de las 14:00 h. para regresar y hacer tu trámite, te ponen gel y te toman la temperatura, debes acudir SOLO, después de checar tus documentos pasas a las sillas a esperar tu turno, muchos se quedan en la misma silla hasta que descubren que tienen que recorrerse en una extraña línea, pasas por fin a la foto y demás con staff amable y buena onda. Tu INE la tienes que recoger (después de 3 semanas aprox.) con el talón que te dan y una identificación oficial, NADIE MÁS PUEDE RECOGER LA CREDENCIAL, SÓLO EL TITULAR.
The service is not bad but there are things that confuse. When you arrive there are two queues outside the module, you have to ask which one to line up with because some have an appointment and others don't, if by any chance you are missing a document but if you had a registered appointment, you have until before 2:00 p.m. to return and do your paperwork, they put gel on you and take your temperature, you must go ALONE, after checking your documents you go to the chairs to wait your turn, many stay in the same chair until they discover that they have to go through a strange line, you finally go to the photo and others with friendly staff and good vibes. You have to collect your INE (after approx. 3 weeks) with the check they give you and an official identification, NO ONE ELSE CAN COLLECT THE CREDENTIAL, ONLY THE HOLDER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué como me indicaron en la cita, 10 minutos antes , y me atendieron de inmediato, no tardé ni 10 minutos ya en todo el trámite. Excelente servicio y atención muy amable de todo el personal. Felicitaciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente organización, rapidísima la atención, yo llegué con cita y ni siquiera se puede decir que haya hecho fila, te atienden de inmediato, y a pesar de que dicen que no atienden sin cita, el personal es muy amable, y si tienen oportunidad entre las personas que sí llegan con su cita, les hacen un espacio, y sí les atienden también , no discriminan a nadie por ningún motivo, y creo que desde que llegué, hasta que salí de ahí, no tardé ni 10 minutos, me sorprendió lo rápido que me atendieron . Los felicito.
