★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pecimo resulta q personal salió pocitivo a covid y sólo te dicen q saques otra cita, no cuentan con más personal para estos casos. Y la citas más cercanas es dentro de un mes aproximado y ya e esperado un mes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo para nada el personal es de lo peor no atienden como debe de ser hay muchas irregularidades, no hay baño, el personal deja mucho que desear, no volveré a ir espero qué mi comentario lo tomen en cuenta por si llegan a ir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos servicio, nos presentamos desde las 11 de la mañana y nos dieron la 13:30 hrs y no pasaba ni una persona , nadie nos atendió y nos tienen esperando , de que sirve que saquemos cita si nos van atender a diferente hora, deberían cambiar a su personal , no es nada eficiente pinche gente solo están ocupando un lugar que otra podría darle un mejor aprovechamiento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entiendo porque motivo pueden que hagas tu cita si no están cumpliendo con el horario de atención; se supone qué por contingencia solo dan cita para los que se pueden atender, y a la hora de mi cita estaban formados alrededor de 50 personas además de las personas que se encontraban dentro de las instalaciones, de igual manera el módulo me queda alejado de mi domicilio y sin embargo me lo pusieron, cabe mencionar que tengo dos módulos más próximos, pero bueno mucha paciencia que son parientes de flash.
Ojo, Existen dos filas una para trámites con cita y la otra es para recojer la credencial no están señalizadas y no hay personal que te indique pregunta a los que llegaron antes para que no tengas inconveniente de formarte en otro lado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No le doy menos por que no se puede, llegué con mi cita y de la bola de 5 incompetentes, nadie pudo cambiar mi domicilio, no encontraron la ubicación y como ya se acercaba la hora de cierre, comenzaron a cerrar todo y me dijeron "ijole, yo creo que vas a tener que regresar otro día por que si no, no vamos a avanzar" total que no pudieron darme una solución, no pudieron ubicar mi domicilio en el mapa y simplemente no hubo solución, hace falta un buen líder, que de solución a los problemas, si ellos como institución, no me dieron una solución, qué más se puede hacer? pues quedarme sin INE actualizada, eso sólo pasa en México, pero para platicar sí estaban buenos, y para correr a las personas por que ya van a cerrar....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ser un lugar tan pequeño y tanta gente, el servicio es bueno, sí hay cola en la calle pero es por lo mismo del espacio. Yo sugiero que vayan con cita para no esperar tanto.
El módulo debería organizarse y separar el día para atender primero citas y la otra parte del día atender a los de la fila.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay que ir con cita, no creo que sea lo más seguro que la fila este en la calle, el personal en su mayoría deja mucho que desear con su actitud, el servicio con cita es relativamente rápido.
Hay que llevar un comprobante de domicilio no mayor a 3 meses, tu acta de nacimiento original, en el caso de renovación también hay que llevar tu identificación vencida u otra identificación con foto y por último el folio y horario de la cita, SON INFORMALES CON LA FECHA Y HORARIOS DE ENTREGA.
