★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son un poco lentos en la atención, pero hay sillas para esperar. No están atendiendo a nadie para el trámite de credencial si no tienes cita; para recogerla no es necesaria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal muy amable muy agradable te explican a detalle son personas educadas, ojalá fuera así en las otras dependencias del gobierno que te atienden de mal humor pareciera que te están haciendo el favor . Claro está no en todas hay sus excepciones cómo está.

Da igual si tu cita es a las 12, te atienden hasta 2 o 3 horas más tarde.
Terrible care protocol. They give you an appointment but they attend to how they arrive.
It doesn't matter if your appointment is at 12, they attend you up to 2 or 3 hours later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio y rapidez en la atención, desde la entrada en donde se llevan a cabo las medidas de seguridad, llegas con cita únicamente, la cual sacas por Internet desde la página del INE, pasa y esperaste turno, en realidad no hay mucha gente y haces tu trámite muy rápido, las personas que atienden muy amables, para recoger tu credencial solo llegas y te van pasando conforme llegas. Esta en una plaza, así que hay estacionamiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No se por que te hacen sacar cita, si de cualquier forma te atienden como vaz llegando. Mi cita era a la 1 de la tarde y me atendieron 2:50.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención con cita es llegar a formarse y esperar el turno, seguro que te van atender en promedio 1 hora para el trámite. Si no tienes cita deberás llegar temprano esperando que alcances turno, en promedio la atención será de 2 horas o quizá no depende si hay muchas personas con cita ese día. REQUISITOS OBLIGATORIO EN ORIGINAL, Acta de nacimiento, comprobante de domicilio y la identificación oficial. Deberás indicar que le pasó a ti credencial INE si ya no cuentas con ella.
