Nada de gente y tienen estacionamiento gratuito (están en la esquina de una plaza). Mi credencial me la entregan en una semana, bastante rápido. I went Thursday September 27 at 6.30pm. It took them 15 minutes to see me without an appointment, very fast process and friendly staff. No crowds and they have free parking (they are on the corner of a square). My credential is delivered to me in a week, pretty fast.

El único inconveniente que noté fue que de 4 ventanillas al rededor de las 9:30 de la mañana solo estaban abiertas 2 y la "recepción". De ahi en fuera felicitaciones. Pocas agencias gubernamentales trabajan de esta manera Good service and adequate attention of the staff that works there. La única cuestión es que, si van SIN CITA, vayan con tiempo pues se puede demorar un poco en lo que lo pasan a uno.
