★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato de los empleados en mi visita fue atento, el trámite por renovación fue rápido la persona que capturo mis datos eficiente en su labor, hay que agendar cita y llevar los documentos solicitados de acuerdo al trámite a realizar, algo importante es llevar el acta de nacimiento actualizada ya que es común que rechacen las antiguas o maltratadas, carentes de sellos. Existe la opción de sacarla en un módulo electrónico en el Soriana (si es que está funcionando) $70, o en una papelería al interior de la plaza eso sí te valdrá $100, fuera de ese detalle obtener tu INE es relativamente fácil y no tardado, tu credencial te la entregan en máximo dos semanas.

Desde el oficial que está en la entrada hasta la señorita que entrega los comprobantes del trámite son súper amables y se dedican a hacer su chamba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Las que atienden ahí son muy groseras. Mi papá fue a corregir sus datos y no pusieron la dirección como debía ser, pusieron la que ellos quisieron, no como debe de ir. No me dejaron entrar con él ya que mi papá no sabe leer y por eso le pusieron el domicilio como ell@s quisieron. Ahora tenemos que esperar a que entreguen la credencial, para poder ir a corregirla otras vez.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy grosero y prepotente no dan la información correcta sobre todo la Sra de la entrada q se siente dueña del lugar, cada día estamos peor, a mi familiar le robaron los documentos y no puede presentar una credencial con fotografía ya q necesita la INE para todo trámite y aquí le dicen q sin documentos con fotografía no puede tramitar la INE, entonces cómo puede hacer trámites ????personal grosero, Gente de gobierno q se siente dueño
PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN
The staff is very rude and arrogant, they do not give the correct information, especially the lady at the entrance who feels like she owns the place, we are getting worse every day, my family member's documents were stolen and she cannot present a photo ID since she needs it. INE for all procedures and here they tell you that without documents with photographs the INE cannot process, so how can you do procedures ???? rude staff, government people who feel like owners

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La que atendió a mi mamá es una persona muy despota y nada servicial. Le hizo volver a sacar otra cita porque según ella necesitaba 2 testigos cuando el trámite sólo era reposición de credencial, ahora tiene que esperar otras dos semanas para su cita. Si entran a trabajar a servicio público que les hagan más exámenes psicológicos y busquen a personas que sean serviciales, que atiendan con amabilidad. Hasta parece que nos están haciendo un favor ???
