La información no es clara respecto a algún proceso dónde se tiene que presentar testigos y por ello quienes han sacado cita tienen que volver después al módulo perdiendo tiempo. El tiempo promedio de atención es de una a dos horas y no se aprecia una atención prioritaria para personas con discapacidad, adultos mayores y mujeres embarazadas. La segunda acompañando a dos vecinos adultos mayores y uno con discapacidad y fueron super serviciales con ellos los apoyaron mucho a pesar de que es contingencia y yo no podía entrar ellos salieron muy contentos ya que fueron muy eficientes y amables.
