En la entrada verifican que tus documentos estén completos y sean los correctos, ya dentro te preguntan el tipo de tramite (renovación, cambio de domicilio o tramite de primera vez). Te pasan a la sala de espera y permaneces sentado en lo que te llaman para captura de datos y toma de fotografía. En la mayoría de trámites es indispensable presentar Acta de nacimiento, comprobante de domicilio y identificación. Hoy fue mi esposa a recoger su credencial, solo iba a recoger pero llevaba a mi hija de 2 años, los desconsiderados dijeron que la dejara en la esquina atrás del tipo que está en la entrada. F	Franz Salieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato del personal es muy amable y profesional , se tiene preferencia por los adultos mayores el cual es muy importante , de igual forma se tiene un control exacto de las citas vía folio y nombre, aun con cita se debe de formar para que sea una revisión de documentos aunque o falta quien llega y se meta a la fila así no más sienro ese un problema de cultura del ciudadano más no del Ine , mi cita fue programada a las 5:12pm y salí de las instalaciones a las 6:05 pm , lo considero un buen tiempo, mi una sugerencia es llevar documentos completos , llevar bolígrafo y cubre bocas.
