★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían de abrir los sábados también, hay gente que NO puede ir entre semana por cuestiones laborales y no tiene opción, a mí por ejemplo me urge ir pero no hay citas que se ajusten a mi horario.
They should be open on Saturdays too, there are people who CANNOT go during the week for work reasons and have no choice, for example I am urgent to go but there are no appointments that fit my schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan, no hay citas disponibles, muy poca información, no tienen horarios en sábado y es muy complicado poder ir entre semana. En general esta pésimo que no faciliten un proceso que debería de ser sencillo.
They never answer, there are no appointments available, very little information, they do not have hours on Saturday and it is very difficult to be able to go during the week. In general, it is terrible that they do not facilitate a process that should be simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De verdad que decepción con el servicio, aparte de que la organización es pésima la disque hostess cara de piedra tiene una actitud prepotente y grosera, como si fuera ella a otorgar una Visa. Después de 2 horas de espera en la fila sale y dice que no están bien los documentos y que los testigos deben de casi casi conocer a la persona desde su nacimiento. Y aquí aplica el No es lo que dices es como lo dices! Mejor iremos al de San Vicente, allá nos dieron un trato decente, que es mínimo lo que se espera.
