★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gerente se comportó de forma muy déspota, lleve la documentación completa y más. No me hizo válida la credencial de la escuela siendo menor de edad, cuando en la página oficial si dice que es válida. Pésimo servicio.
 The manager behaved in a very despotic way, take the complete documentation and more. My school card was not valid when I was a minor, when on the official page it does say that it is valid. Terrible service.

En el modulo de Nueva Tenochtitlan estan atrasadisimos. Da informacion (una persona que ni siquiera trabaja en el INE), esta ahi de "seguridad" déspota y de mala gana.
En cambio acá todo es orden, amabilidad y celeridad.
Felicidades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El "guardia" de la puerta no deja pasar a niños, así que si eres mamá no lleves a tu peque ya que se debe quedar a fuera según el señor, deberían poner a gente un poco más empatica con las mamás ya que a veces no se cuenta con el apoyo para que cuiden a sus hijos, y más siendo un trámite necesario.
Llegue a mi cita que tenia más de un mes,
Llegue con los papeles, pero mi único error fue ir con mis niños porque no los puedo dejar solos y su papá trabaja ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien, todo bien, por un momento me pareció que estaban algo burocratizados pero no finalmente todo fluyó bien y rápidamente. Dan atención especial a las personas de la tercera edad. La renovación de tu credencial de elector y cambio de domicilio tarda 10 días pero mientras tanto puedes seguir utilizando la credencial anterior. No son precisamente lo más amable de este mundo y te hablan en un tono cortante y seco, te da la impresión de que casi casi te quisieran pegar, de que te odian y desprecian en lo más profundo del alma pero que no les queda de otra más que aguantarte y atenderte para seguir conservando su chamba pero he de reconocer que sí son muy eficientes y rápidos.

The renewal of your voter card and change of address takes 10 days but in the meantime you can continue using the previous card. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vas con cita es muy rápido, pero si tu caso es como lo fue para mi: me urgía mi INE actualizado, sin embargo me dieron cita hasta el 24 de este mes. Pero un día fui y amablemente el personal que atiende me dijo que volviera muy temprano (antes de las 8 am.) para alcanzar ficha y ser atendido sin cita.
Efectivamente volví, para ir sin cita te recomiendo llegar antes de las 7:30 am. Para alcanzar ficha, si no traes algún documento lamentablemente te regresan y ya no te atienden.
El personal es muy amante y el servicio que te dan es muy rápido. Me atendieron y a los 9 días ya tenía mi INE en las manos.
If you go by appointment it is very fast, but if your case is as it was for me: my updated INE urged me, however they gave me an appointment until the 24th of this month. But one day I went and the staff that attends me kindly told me to come back very early (before 8 am.) To get my card and be seen without an appointment.
Indeed I came back, to go without an appointment I recommend you arrive before 7:30 am. To get a record, if you do not bring a document, unfortunately they return you and they no longer serve you.
The staff is very loving and the service they give you is very fast. They treated me and after 9 days I already had my INE in my hands.

Vine a reposición de credencial desde otra alcaldía y me atendieron con ficha.
Tienes que llegar temprano para conseguir ficha y dependiendo te citan.
Cuenta con elevador.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ acompañe. a mi hijo a hacer su trámite INE con previa cita, al llegar a la entrada el guardia de manera burlona y grosera me dijo q dejara a mi "niñito" con sus papelitos en la mano en la fila a lo q le respondi q era un joven. Parece q al señor le molesta ver q no van solos no entiendo su actitud grosera y burlona.
Así q papitos si van a acompañar a sus hijos no vengan a este módulo habiendo muchos más con mejor trato y respeto
accompany. my son to do his INE paperwork by appointment, when I arrived at the entrance the guard in a mocking and rude manner told me to leave my "little boy" with his papers in hand in line to which I replied that he was a young. It seems that the man is bothered to see that they are not alone, I do not understand his rude and mocking attitude.
So daddies, if you are going to accompany your children, do not come to this module, there being many more with better treatment and respect.
