disculpe ya están dando servicio ya que extravié mi credencial y me urge el tramite ya que me la solicitan forzosamente en mi trabajo para poder accesar de hecho ya la había tramitado tengo el folio de solicitud pero al poco tiempo surgió lo de la pandemia y dejaron de dar servicio necesito de su apoyo por favor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un punto negativo es que no son empáticos con la situación de pandemia actual, rechazan la mayoría de los comprobantes de domicilio a pesar de ser de compañías de servicios establecidas, si el jefe del módulo no conoce a la compañía lo rechaza, no aceptan las credenciales de estudiantes vencidas siendo que actualmente todas las escuelas están cerradas y no hay forma de renovarlas, la única opción que te dan es que lleves dos testigos promoviendo que asista más gente de la recomendada por las autoridades sanitarias; hay que reconocerles que si logras que acepten tus documentos o a tus testigos la atención es rápida.
A negative point is that they are not empathetic with the current pandemic situation, they reject most of the proofs of address despite being from established service companies, if the head of the module does not know the company, they reject it, they do not accept the credentials of expired students being that currently all schools are closed and there is no way to renew them, the only option they give you is that you take two witnesses promoting that more people attend than recommended by the health authorities; You have to admit that if you can get your documents or your witnesses accepted, the attention is quick.
