Yo ya llevaba mi cita a las 11 am, llegué 20 min antes, y salí media hora después. Nada de fila. Super atentos. Muy recomendada esta oficina. Yo fui a renovar mi credencial por vigencia y cambio de domicilio. Me llevé mi Ine, mi comprobante de la luz vigente, mi Acta original y ya. Todo en original y sólo lo escanean. Mi credencial llegará el 4 de noviembre. Well, seeing the opinions here, I was already with my sword drawn but no, super nice, super fast. I already had my appointment at 11 am, I arrived 20 minutes before, and I left half an hour later. No row. Super attentive. Highly recommended this office. I went to renew my credential for validity and change of address. I took my Ine, my proof of current electricity, my original Certificate and that's it. All in original and just scanned. My credential will arrive on November 4th.

Congratulations to the INE staff who work there, from the security guard to whoever does the paperwork for you, all friendly, respectful and always willing to help.

I	Ivan pedroza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron muy amables, dentro del contexto burócrata, fueron rápidos, educados y todo salió bien menos de 30 minutos, lleven su acta de nacimiento original o la verde que sea bien legible, su CURP y comprobante de domicilio original y su INE o pasaporte vigente. They treated me very kindly, within the bureaucratic context, they were quick, polite and everything went well in less than 30 minutes, bring their original birth certificate or the green one that is well legible, their CURP and proof of original address and their INE or valid passport .

El tiempo de espera si llevas cita es razonable. Tambien atienden sin cita, aún cuando tienen un letrero que dice que no atienden sin cita, si lo hacen. Solo tienen que hacer fila y obviamente el tiempo de espera es mayor The attention of the staff in this module is very good. The person who greets you when you enter is very friendly and willingly answers your questions. The waiting time if you have an appointment is reasonable. They also take walk-ins, even though they have a sign saying they don't take walk-ins, they do. They just have to queue and obviously the waiting time is longer
