D	Dafne Acosta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espere mucho tiempo para mí cita para tramitar mi INE y cuando fui no me aceptaron el documento que llevaba como identificación, pregunté que si podía reagendar la cita ya que me quedaba muy lejos para volver ese mismo día y no quisieron (módulo las quintas) I waited a long time for my appointment to process my INE and when I went they did not accept the document that I carried as identification, I asked if I could reschedule the appointment since I was too far away to return that same day and they did not want to (module the fifths)

Aún así la atención por parte de los trabajadores fue incansable y amable. Llegamos a las 12 y salimos a las 5 de la tarde. Peor valió la pena. Gracias a todos los que forman parte del equipo de esta oficina, siempre mantuvieron todo organizado y en orden, sobre todo el tema de seguridad por COVID ?... We already expected that it would be a slow process because it is the last day to process the INE, especially those who arrive without an appointment. Still the attention from the workers was tireless and friendly. We arrived at 12 and left at 5 in the afternoon. Worse it was worth it. Thanks to everyone who is part of the team in this office, they always kept everything organized and in order, especially the security issue due to COVID ? ...
