Sin embargo para sacar tu credencial te tardas 3 horas o mas. El servicio lentisimo, laa instalaciones viejas, sucias y pocas sillas para el número de personas y tiempo de espera.

He was the highest administrative authority in electoral matters in the United Mexican States in the period 1990-2014.
However, it takes 3 hours or more to get your credential. Slow service, old, dirty facilities and few chairs for the number of people and waiting time.
