Si llegas antes de tu cita te pasan antes y si necesitas testigos te dan tiempo para que consigas a alguien y después puedes volver. Les recomiendo que lleven bien su papelería. No tardé nada haciendo filas y el trámite fue fácil y rápido. I went to process my INE for the first time, it was very fast and the people were very kind.
