I	Itzel Rivera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cita no sirve de nada, te hacen regresar 1000 veces porque no respetan los datos que uno pone al generar la cita online, hay una señorita en especial que revisa los documentos y captura datos, cero profesional, prepotente, pésimo servicio y actitud siempre, me hizo regresar 4 veces porque los datos que llevaba "no le servían" y no me decía con exactitud, me solicitaba una identificación mía (por la cuál apenas iba a solicitar) y no pude sacar mi INE. No sé porque tienen a personas incompententes en estas áreas, no ofrecen soluciones y atienden a quien quieren. The appointment is useless, they make you come back 1000 times because they do not respect the data that you put in when generating the online appointment, there is a special lady who reviews the documents and captures data, unprofessional, arrogant, terrible service and attitude always, He made me come back 4 times because the data I had "wasn't useful" and he didn't tell me exactly, he asked me for my identification (for which I was hardly going to ask) and I couldn't get my INE. I don't know why they have incompetent people in these areas, they don't offer solutions and serve whoever they want.

Nunca sabes que documento les gusta y cual no. Aunque solo sea una simple reposición de credencial. Solo hay tres cajones de estacionamiento. Good attention.
