★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, le entregue la credencial de mi papá para testigo y me la cambiaron, no me dieron ninguna solución, el personal super grocero la verdad se de vería de hacer un cambio sin unos buenos para nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden rápido, si no tienes cita ve temprano y alcanzarás ficha, recuerda que para los tramites solo aceptan originales, si vas a recoger tu ine ya no debes formarte en la ventanita, pregunta en la puerta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, la gente molesta porq tenían una hora formados con documentos ya revisados y no los pasaban a tomar la foto. Yo lleve comprobante domiciliario pago de predio pero a fuerza lo quería sellado aun explicando que el pago fue en linea y diciendo en el recibo impreso PAGADO. En la página oficial no menciona nada de sellos le comente y aun así no lo quiso aceptar. Pésimo
Terrible service, people annoyed because they had an hour formed with documents already reviewed and they did not pass them to take the photo. I brought proof of the domicile payment of the property but by force I wanted it sealed even explaining that the payment was online and saying on the printed receipt PAID. On the official page he does not mention anything about stamps I comment and even so he did not want to accept it. Appalling

acudí al modulo ine a tramitar mi credencial y tenia un homónimo por el cual no me hicieron el tramite y me mandaron a RENAPO. ( dos cuadras de metro insurgentes. Londres 102. con llegar 30 minutos antes de que abran ya que reparten fichas) mi caso no fue único lo vi con varias personas. y resulta que mi curp no estaba ligada a ninguna acta de nacimiento, y me mandaban al registro civil de donde estoy registrado a pedir que subieran mi información. cosa innecesaria ya que los datos del mi acta existían pero ligada a otra curp (homónimo) el cual pude checar yo mismo en la pagina para tramitar actas de nacimiento. llenando los datos personales no con mi curp. el acta existía pero con el curp homónimo. en RENAPO solicitan acta de nacimiento con copia y una identificación con fotografía y las dos curps. unificaron las curps dejando la que yo siempre he tenido. el tramite es muy rápido. me entregaron la curp unificada y verificada ante el registro civil. regrese al ine a entregar la curp y ahora esperar nuevamente a que me entreguen la ine.

I would like to share my experience with namesake in the curp.
I went to the ine module to process my credential and I had a namesake for which they did not process me and they sent me to RENAPO. (two blocks from the insurgents subway. London 102. with arriving 30 minutes before they open since they distribute chips) my case was not unique, I saw it with several people. And it turns out that my curp was not linked to any birth certificate, and they sent me to the civil registry where I am registered to ask for my information to be uploaded. unnecessary thing since the data of my certificate existed but linked to another curp (homonym) which I could check myself on the page to process birth certificates. filling in the personal data not with my curp. the act existed but with the homonymous curp. at RENAPO they request a birth certificate with a copy and a photo ID and the two curps. they unified the curps leaving the one that I have always had. the process is very fast. They gave me the unified and verified curp before the civil registry. I returned to the ine to deliver the curp and now wait again for the ine to be delivered.
