When they opened the door of the place, they only limited themselves to asking if I had an appointment, when I mentioned that I did not, they told me that I could not be attended until I processed one, which I understand; What I don't understand is how if the only person they were attending was already with a manager, and the other manager was free, how could she not assist me? There was no one else with an appointment or waiting to be seen, the place was empty and even with that they refused to provide the service. It is worth mentioning that the person in charge was told that her portal threw appointments until the end of February (2 months), commenting that there was nothing she could do to help and that she would limit me to booking if I wanted to process the document.
