Su proceso de atención es terrible, se atrasan demasiado en las citas, te atienden 1 hora después de tu cita, te tienen formado hora solo para revisarte la documentación, cosa que podrían hacer, si alguien saliera, revisara citas y documentación de las personas que estan en la calle, pero como todo lo quieren hacer adentro y sentaditas, pierden demasiado tiempo, no les caería nada mal una auditoria para analizar su proceso de atención, aparte la señora que esta en la revisión de papeles es pedante, grosera y mal encarada. Deja un mal sabor de boca realizar un tramite en el INE, institución que cada vez más presupuesto pide y ni se ve en que lo invierten. Terrible service.
