★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden rápido y bien. Como en toda institución gubernamental, su personal es seco y cortante, pero hacen el trabajo. Cuidan bien las medidas de higiene contra el COVID-19.

Mucha gente, solo dan 15 lugares para los que no llevan cita, (es muy tardado si no tienes cita) no importa lo temprano que llegues, te pasarán al último ??. (El personal del haceo "casi casi te sacude el polvo o te pasa por encima, mala actitud de esa chica?) el resto del personal, muy bien, al menos son mables, y tratan, de agilizar el servicio, pero deberían pasar uno y uno; uno sin cita y uno con cita, por respeto a los que llegan super temprano... más de 3 horas para pasar..? aunque llegues a las 7.
Some things to improve...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me pareció muy bien el hecho de hacer cita y mantener un control del número de personas que están adentro ... el trámite se me hizo fácil rápido y las personas que nos atendieron con eléveles te actitud de servicio. Lo único es qué hay que estar cazando las citas en internet ya que se ocupan muy rápido , así es qué hay que hacerlo temprano! Este módulo está adentro del centro comercial plaza San Diego por lo que no tendrás problemas de estacionamiento

A mi hijo le.dijeron que si colonia no existía y que debía llevar dos testigos para que le aceptaran el trámite de su credencial tuve que ir yo hasta las oficinas u llevar mi ine con los datos de mi domicilio con son los mismos con los que iba a tramitar la suya mi hijo y amenace con denunciarlos y fue como realizaron el trámite. Pero no un disculpe usted o alguna explicación del porque le h169162abían negado el trámite inicialmente. Pésima atención.
Terrible service, arrogant, rude and apathetic staff.
