★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomar más en cuenta a la gente de la tercera edad, así como personas con capacidades diferentes. Asistí con mi abuelita a hacer su reposición de su INE y la habían mandado a la fila general. Hasta q no me levanté a preguntar si no contaban con fila para personas de la tercera edad fue como nos atendieron y la pasaron rápido... Pero en la fila general había más personas de la tercera edad... Es triste q existan recepcionistas con poca calidez humana y poca atención para este rubro de personas!!!
Take more into account the elderly, as well as people with different capacities. I attended with my grandmother to do her replacement of her INE and they had sent her to the general line. Until I got up to ask if they did not have a line for seniors, it was how they attended us and they passed it quickly ... But in the general line there were more seniors ... little human warmth and little attention for this category of people !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Módulo muy bueno en atención del personal, hay cosas que no dependen de ellos son de otras instancias, pero son serviciales y solucionan lo que necesitas. Está bien ubicado y afuera de la oficina hay lugar para estacionar tu auto .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento todo, desde la recepción en la puerta de la calle, , una vez dentro DEBEN dar el papelito a una chica, ... En mi caso no había nadie en ese lugar y Hatsa una hora después me enteré que sino daba un papelito ahí no pasaría. Tanta cita, tanto empleado y aún así muy mal todo, me gustaba más antes sin cita.
Everything was very slow, from the reception at the front door, once inside, they MUST give the paper to a girl, ... In my case there was nobody in that place and Hatsa an hour later I found out that if I did not give a piece of paper there it would not happen. So many appointments, so many employees and still very bad everything, I liked it more before without an appointment.
