El personal muy amable.
Tiempo de entrega (en mi caso) 19 días, normalmente parece es de 9 a 15 días.
 I arrived half an hour before my appointment (8:45 a.m.) and in 10 minutes I was already outside.
Very friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace falta más cordinación con las citas, que tienen programadas ya que la gente se aglomera para los que van hacer su primer trámite y los que los que reciben la credencial del IFE
Los que van a recoger deberían de ir en otro horario diferente al de las citas programadas..!
More coordination is needed with the appointments, which are scheduled as people crowd for those who are going to do their first procedure and those who receive the IFE credential
Those who are going to pick up should go at a different time than the scheduled appointments ..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deverian de modificar el el horario en este sitio.. Dice que hoy sábado está abierto de 9:00 a 13:00 hrs.
Lo cual es mentira no están trabajando ya que un guardia de seguridad del centro comercial me negó el acceso porque no trabajan hoy...⁉️??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo no trabajo en Las Oficinas pero se como están trabajando mas con la pandemia siguen trabajando a puerta Cerrada y con Citas Para Evitar aglomeraciones es mejor sacar Cita y me han atendido muy bien y siguen mejorando el Servicio muy bien INE
I do not work in the Offices but I know how they are working more with the pandemic they continue to work behind closed doors and with Appointments To avoid crowds it is better to make an Appointment and they have treated me very well and continue to improve the Service very well INE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los trámites son muy rápidos, solo que él chico me recibió papelería me comentó que no podía aceptar mi tarjeta derechohabiente imss como identificación oficial ? y lo corregí al decir que en la página te da opción elegir como te vas a identificar, es obvio que no tienes tu INE... Si están todos en el mismo canal evitarán este tipo de molestias.
The procedures are very fast, only the boy received me stationery he told me that he could not accept my imss rightholder card as official identification ? and I corrected it by saying that on the page you have the option to choose how you are going to identify yourself, it is obvious that not you have your INE ... If they are all on the same channel they will avoid this type of inconvenience.
