Le pedí informes de los documentos que tenía que llevar para una reposición de certificado y se portó muy grosero.
Aparte de que me colgó el teléfono.
Voy a ir al plantel porque tengo que arreglar mis documentos pero si esa persona me atiende espero un trata más amable.
Les paso esta info. Por si quieren marcar tengan paciencia para no estresarse como estoy yo ahorita.
Check and I am answered by a very unpleasant guy, I don't know if he is the director of that campus but please ask for a more friendly attention.
I asked him for reports of the documents he had to bring for a certificate replacement and he was very rude.
Other than that he hung up on me.
I am going to go to the campus because I have to fix my documents but if that person attends me I expect a kinder treat.
I pass this info. In case you want to dial, be patient so you don't get stressed as I am right now.
