Ademas corto los botones de volumen a la mita; perdio el boton de desbloqueo, la bandeja de entrada del chip y de la memoria externa del telefono. Le rompio la tapa de la bateria. Y tuvo la osadia de decirme que el telefono funcionaba y que me la reparacion habia sido "barata". Totalmente indecente e indignante. Mediocridad absoluta.
After 10 days I couldn't change a simple piece of my phone to make it work. I also cut the volume buttons to the half; lost the unlock button, chip inbox and external phone memory. He broke the battery cover. And he had the audacity to tell me that the phone was working and that the repair had been "cheap." Totally indecent and outrageous. Absolute mediocrity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es excelente en todos los sentidos, la respuesta fue rápida, son profesionales y es evidente que saben lo que hacen, estuvieron en contacto conmigo todo el proceso de reparación y me mantuvieron bien informado. Los precios son justos y lo mejor de todo es que no solamente solucionaron la falla de mi lap top, la mejoraron y quedó como nueva. Definitivamente volveré, no solo cuando tenga fallas técnicas, también para darle el mantenimiento que se merecen los aparatos. Muchas gracias.
The service is excellent in every way, the response was quick, they are professionals and it is evident that they know what they are doing, they were in contact with me throughout the repair process and kept me well informed. The prices are fair and the best of all is that they not only solved the failure of my lap top, they improved it and it was like new. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My screen was burnt (water) and I asked if he could salvage the data on the phone. He said yes. I repeated the details clearly a few times and he said he has equipment to connect to a phone with burnt screen. Took a few times to coordinate a time when he'll be in the shop and when I arrived he didn't have any such equipment and just tried to connect it to the computer (which obviously won't work due to phone lock). Altogether he wasted my time and got to the same conclusion as other shops said to me on the phone: only with another working screen the phone can be unlocked and data salvaged.
I'm giving 3 stars for the positive intentions but this wasn't professional. Wishing you good luck in future business
