Las instalaciones están en buen estado, tiene arenero y juegos infantiles, así como una cancha para fútbol rápido y básquet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se encuentra ubicado en el fraccionamiento piedra de agua etapa 1 , el parque está demasiado descuidado y sucio, hacen tianguis los viernes , sábado y domingo. La iluminación no es tan adecuada, de junto tiene una cancha múltiples , es un parque descuidado en su mantenimiento por las autoridades municipales, en las mañanas hay más movimiento de comerciantes ambulantes , y los locales comerciales que se encuentran cercanos en su mayoría están abiertos en horarios concurridos, alrededor del parque hay locales comerciales donde puedes encontrar de todo un poco
