Guys if you have any options choose different company. I pre-paid a car but had to resign like 2 weeks before ... they never refund my 305 USD. Even I sent a lot of e-mails and exchange dozen text massages. It was pure FRAUD. I think positive opinion are fake make by this company collogues ... why ? because 5 stars are made by people with 1-2 opinions ... just ridiculous ...

Great services, staff super friendly Luis Cerezo, Adriano and Claudia and super reliable car! Also they were super responsive via WhatsApp any time for any questions and even for extensions. Will definitely use it again.

The worst place ever! Do not believe the reviews. They have 3 different company names. Look up NU care rentals & Adocar & you’ll see the actual reviews. The amount of hidden fees that will slap you day of pick up is crazy! I paid more for the car here than budget and hertz was offering! The price you see online is just a down payment!! & the insurance you think you’re paying is “self insurance”. When you get there you’ll be paying (the actual car fee, car insurance & a car deposit of minimum $900)

Daniela was very helpful, but we were a bit surprised when we arrived after booking a car with insurance via Hopper, and had to put down a $800 hold for insurance through Infinity, as our insurance we booked through Hopper was not recognized. They walked us through all of the small dings on the car however and did take time to explain things to us. Be sure you do your research before booking so you know what to expect.

Super sketchy place. Terrible service. They packed on additional charges. They lied. Gave us a beat down car. Made us pay triple the price for insurance we already had. Did not have the car we reserved. They also operate under several different names. Go check out the reviews from adocar rentals and new car rentals. It’s the same place same people scamming tourists. Do not rent from this place.

DO NOT RENT from this place. They do not know how to manage a business. It took them 2.5 hours to pick me up from the Airport, which is only 10 minutes away. DO NOT rent from this place. Would give zero stars if I could. I booked a car for the weekend and tried to decline the insurance because my credit card provides it. I waited 20 minutes at the airport for the shuttle even thought they asked for my flight number and said they’d be there when I arrived. it took about 15 minutes to get to the lot. When I got there they told me declining the insurance requires an $1800 deposit. Which is absurd but would be fine if I had known and had my daily international limit increased or brought another card, but it didn’t say anything about a huge deposit in the confirmation. Should have read the reviews more closely. No idea how they have 4 stars. So the options were to pay $60 for insurance I already have, which doubled the cost of the rental, spend an hour on the phone getting my limit increased, or go back to the airport and find another car last minute. Instead of trying to help, the staff argued with me at length, even when I said I’d just get the insurance. And then even though I bought the insurance they still put an $800 deposit on my card. When I was signing the documents the guy yelled at me multiple times to sign them exactly the same way I signed my passport and made me resign until he was satisfied they looked the same. After all of this when I finally got the car it was gross with sweat stains, hair, sand, a chip, trash and dirt everywhere, and the inspection light and a wrench were flashing on the dashboard. I took it bc I’d already been there for an hour and a half and just wanted to leave. It is 10000% worth the extra $15 or $20 to go with a transparent, legit and helpful company. If you go here you’ll end up spending more than that anyway.

Infinity car rental is great. Ricardo Buenful was super helpful. They were easy to work with and a super helpful. Just make sure to set up your insurance with your credit card before booking with them.
