El costo beneficio está super bien. Super clean, a lot of protocol against covid, everything is well cared for and good treatment of the staff. It is a small gym but you can get in well by being creative. The cost benefit is super good.
C	Cesar Reyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ llevo 2 meses en este gym, a la hora que voy no hay mucha gente, me gusta su política de que ellos suministran el alcohol y toallas para desinfectar los aparatos después de usarlos así no hay excusa. El espacio es pequeño por ende no hay mucho equipo tanto de cardio y de maquinas para ejercitar, les falta variedad de pesos, en discos para barras ya que estos empiezan desde 5 kg, si queremos empezar con algo leve seria con la barra sola porque no hay, al igual que les falta variedad de pesos en mancuerna, siempre están ocupadas las que mas se aproximan a lo que uno necesita de cardio solo esta disponible la elíptica (que siempre uso y si es que tengo suerte y no la estén usando) y una bicicleta y es todo por que la caminadora desde que entre solo esta de adorno y nunca le e visto alguna motivación por que la arreglen. De instructores solo los ocupo cuando necesito cambio de rutina ya que tengo conocimiento previo a los ejercicios que ponen pero aun así hay 2 instructores que solo van a cobrar y a que entrenen ellos ( en una ocasión uno de ellos me clavo la mirada por usar la misma maquina que él, como molesto) y ni les nace ir hacer bien su trabajo que es estar al servicio de los clientes que somos, pero en cambio si hay otros que se preocupan por los demás y llegan a corregir o en dado caso auxiliar con los ejercicios que uno necesita.
