★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi un inflable para una fiesta y fue un desastre: primero cuando lo pedí me ofrecieron uno y al final me dijeron que el que pedí ya estaba rentado, después me di cuenta que se equivocaron al darme el precio y muy probablemente al ver qué lo ofrecieron más barato se les hizo fácil decirme que ya estaba rentado, me mandaron uno más caro, más chico y muy viejo y feo los niños se tenían que bajar a cada rato porque se desinflaba y había que esperar a que se volviera a inflar. Especifiqué que la fiesta era a las 12 y llegaron a instalar hasta 1:30. La encargada o dueños jamás ofrecieron una disculpa ni algún tipo de compensación por el retraso. Me los recomendaron tal vez sus familiares porque yo como clienta no los recomiendo, pienso que hay mejores opciones en Oaxaca.
I asked for an inflatable for a party and it was a disaster: first when I asked for it they offered me one and in the end they told me that the one I asked for was already rented, then I realized that they made a mistake when giving me the price and most likely when I saw what they offered cheaper, it was easy for them to tell me that it was already rented, they sent me a more expensive one, smaller and very old and ugly, the children had to get off every so often because it deflated and they had to wait for it to inflate again. I specified that the party was at 12 and they came to set up until 1:30. The manager or owners never offered an apology or any kind of compensation for the delay. Perhaps their relatives recommended them to me because as a client I do not recommend them, I think there are better options in Oaxaca.
