★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, abren tarde, mala atención, desordenados, altaneros y groseros. Ojalá alguien cambie el personal ya que el actual no sirve para nada. Les molesta dar orientación a clientes y solo responden marque al 01 800 o metase a la página
Terrible service, open late, poor service, messy, haughty and rude. Hopefully someone changes the staff since the current one is useless. It bothers them to give orientation to clients and they only respond by dialing 01 800 or go to the page

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio últimamente. Se supone que abren a las 9am. A las 9am entra personal y las mujeres se empiezam a peinarse y maquillar en hora de trabajo.
Very bad service lately. They are supposed to open at 9am. At 9am the staff enters and the women begin to comb their hair and make up during work hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal, no puedo decir que me atendieron mal debido a que nunca me atendieron me hicieron sacar cita y finalmente me dijeron que como no habia sistema no me podían atender, tuve que reagendar la cita, solo haber si me atienden, tambien las señoritas que trabajan ahi solo se la pasan hablando riendo o maquillandose
Very bad, I cannot say that they treated me badly because they never attended me, they made me make an appointment and finally they told me that since there was no system they could not attend me, I had to reschedule the appointment, only if they attend me, also the ladies who they work there they just spend their time talking laughing or putting on makeup

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, se realizó la cita y no se respeta horario de cita, los asesores entraron a una junta y tardaron más de 30 minutos, hay dos filas para acceder con un ejecutivo y aún más se tardan para atender, en conclusión no hay organización en esta institución.....por favor atiendan este mal servicio.
Bad service, the appointment was made and the appointment time is not respected, the advisors entered a meeting and took more than 30 minutes, there are two lines to access with an executive and they take even longer to attend, in conclusion there is no organization in this institution.....please attend to this bad service.
