Pésimo servicio, pasas horas bajo el sol pensando que hay demasiados tramites pero el encargado de dar los turnos se la pasa saludando a sus amigos de la plaza en lugar de hacer su trabajo y agilizar la fila, aparte de ser un déspota grosero al igual que los que abren la puerta. Cuidado si tienen una duda porque les empezará a gritar que ya deben venir con todo realizando ellos no te pueden ayudar aunque en su lugar tiene un letrero enorme que dice informes.
Terrible service, you spend hours in the sun thinking that there are too many procedures but the person in charge of giving the shifts spends his time greeting his friends in the square instead of doing his job and speeding up the line, apart from being a rude despot like those who open the door. Be careful if they have a question because they will start yelling at them that they should come with everything realizing they cannot help you although instead they have a huge sign that says reports.

ayer fui a mi cita, atienden como quieren y solo ay una persona dando informes, a todo lo que le pregunté la respuesta fue: "no se puede". Pregunté si se podría traspasar casa y no se puede, pregunté si se puede ampliar la casa tampoco se puede pregunté 5 cosas más y a todo la única respuesta que da es "no se puede" y de mala gana atienden

Humillado, fui a que me ayudaran y termine siendo regañado frente a la gente por la disque gerente, y lo peor uso mi situacion como ejemplo para los demas que estaban teniendo dificultad al pagar sus casas.Ahora no recibiran ni un solo pago de mi.

Mi experiencia fue buena en este centro de atención, fueron muy cordiales, la atención rápida y resolvieron lo que no me pudieron resolver por teléfono en varias llamadas.

Trabajan medio día pese a que la demanda de atención es alta, varios empleados son bastante groseros y déspotas, salvo algunas chicas que son súper atentas, los demás parece que piensan que te van a regalar una casa. Abren a discreción, hay días que llegas te formas y sale la guardia de la puerta para decir simplemente que no hay servicio. Sacas cita y no hay diferencia te atienden cuando quieren. Pésimo servicio.
They work half a day despite the high demand for attention, several employees are quite rude and despotic, except for some girls who are super attentive, the others seem to think that they are going to give you a house. They open at will, there are days when you arrive you form and the guard comes out of the door to simply say that there is no service. Fue rápido Esmeralda me atendió con amabilidad. Solo capacitar a los de seguridad, son gentiles pero no dan información correcta.

LA CITA NO SE MOLESTEN EN TRAMITARLA NO TE SIRVE DE NADA, ATIENDEN CONFORME VA LLEGANDO LA GENTE A FORMARSE, Y LA ATENCION ES MUY DEFICIENTE. DEBERÁN DISPONER DE MEDIO DIA PARA LOGRAR SER ATENDIDOS O LLEGAR MUY TEMPRANO A FORMARSE. LAMENTABLE.
DO NOT BOTHER PROCESS THE APPOINTMENT, IT DOES NOT SERVE YOU ANYTHING, THEY ATTEND AS PEOPLE ARRIVE TO TRAIN, AND THE ATTENTION IS VERY DEFICIENT. THEY SHOULD HAVE HALF A DAY TO BE SERVED OR ARRIVE VERY EARLY TO TRAIN. REGRETTABLE.

El personal de "Informes" es apático. Sin embargo, la persona que me atendió fue muy amable trato mi situación cómo si fuera su trámite. El verdadero problema son los altos mandos del INFONAVIT pues solo había 3 personas de los casi 10 cubículos disponibles, eso genera obviamente retraso, dos personas no pueden atender a más de 90 personas, cuando fui y dieron las 11 de la mañana había 56 personas en espera y seguían llegando (las contó el policía) y más temprano había 34. Quiero resaltar el trabajo del señor Luis ( que para proteger su persona no diré su apellido) pero de verdad que llegó con tantas ganas y energía al trabajo. Incluso cuando lo vimos llegar nos dio los "buenos días" con una excelente actitud, la cuál conserva para ofrecer su servicio.
The "Reports" staff is apathetic. However, the person who assisted me was very kind, treating my situation as if it were his procedure. The real problem is the high command of INFONAVIT because there were only 3 people out of the almost 10 available cubicles, that obviously generates delay, two people cannot serve more than 90 people, when I went and it was 11 in the morning there were 56 people in wait and they kept coming (the policeman counted them) and earlier there were 34. I want to highlight the work of Mr. Luis (to protect his person I will not say his last name) but he really came to work with so much desire and energy. Even when we saw him arrive he gave us "good morning" with an excellent attitude, which he keeps to offer his service.
