★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer acompañe a mi esposa a estás oficinas a revisar un tema de su precalificación, me llamo la atención que hay una pantalla para que el usuario, con el número de su turno, pueda calificar el servicio recibido. Pero más me llamo la atención ver a dos asesores usar dichos tickets para autocalificarse poniéndose excelente en todas las opciones. Que malas prácticas tienen estos burócratas, ya me imagino lo poco éticos que deben de ser en su vida diaria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque no hay atención personalizada como debería ser, todo es por teléfono y la atención es peor , te dejan esperando y la misma persona que te atiende no sabe cómo buscar tus datos ni es la idónea para atenderte, tarde más de una hora y media para que atendieran. Mala organización y pésima atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque tienen aforo para 12 personas dentro, solo meten a 3 o 4 y a los demás los tienen haciendo fila fuera, parados, con la esperanza de que se cansen y se retiren, así en su vidatacora aparece que solo estuviste algunos minutos, cuando realmente perdiste toda la mañana, como crédito, el infonavot es lo peor que me pasó, realmente te es caricimo, cua do lo contrate me hicieron creer que solo cobran el 9.5% cua do realmente te cobran como el 20% puesto que la deuda subía y subía sin I.portar que yo nunca me había atrasado con los pagos, como recomendación, si tienes la oportunidad de un crédito bancario es mucho mejor, se paga más rápido
