★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vas temprano no haces fila; desde la pandemia ya todo es en linea. Solo tienes que hacer una cuenta en internet y ahi obtienes toda la informacion. Yo fui x k no podia acceder a la cuenta y lo solucionaron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si quieren cancelar un trato de compraventa que no resultó y no tienen prisa en cancelar, no es necesario ir este fue mi caso y en aproximadamente 2 semanas ya tenía mi crédito disponible para cualquier otra vivienda y hasta me aumento.
RECUERDEN que el trato de compraventa no se cierra hasta que hayan firmado las escrituras, se podrían arrepentir hasta el mismo día de la firma en la notaría y no tendrían porque pagar nada al asesor por si les dice algo, talvez en la notaría si deberías pagar algún gasto de administración pero de ahí en más nada, de ninguna forma se sientan comprometidos a hacer trato por una casa con la que tienen dudas, pero el momento de cancelar es antes de firmar.
Esto lo comparto porque fue mi caso, buena suerte
