Most of the times I have come they have given me very good attention, except for today with a lady who did seem to be in a bad mood, I had to ask for the advice of one of the ladies who had attended to me before.
C	Carlos Santos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastante ordenada la atención solo que es por turnos por lo pronto debido a la pandemia no pasan muchos a las instalaciones para la atención, hay sillas afuera, siguen los protocolos ante el covid, en cuanto a la atención a veces no te solucionan y te mandan a otras dependencias muchas veces innecesario debido a que ahí mismo al final terminan dandote solución. The care is fairly orderly, only that it is in shifts for now due to the pandemic not many pass to the facilities for care, there are chairs outside, they follow the protocols for the covid, in terms of care sometimes they do not solve you and they send you to other dependencies many times unnecessary because right there in the end they end up giving you a solution.

Es un poco decepcionante que estén ahí para brindar un servicio y que te atiendan como si te estuvieran dando dinero de su bolsa. I felt that those who attended me (except the security one) behaved very despotic. If you don't like your job, someone else better have it. It is a bit disappointing that they are there to provide a service and that they treat you as if they are giving you money from their purse.
