★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan las líneas telefónicas ni presionando un menú solo dice que la llamada será transferida y te dejan en la línea por más de 10 min. Para después desconectar la línea SERVICIO NEFASTO!!!!!
They do not answer the phone lines or pressing a menu only says that the call will be transferred and they leave you on the line for more than 10 min. To later disconnect the NEFASTO SERVICE line !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención solucionaron mi problema, un agradecimiento a las señoritas de cobranza por su atención fueron espléndidas muchas gracias aunque con un poco de pena de no poder decir lo mismo de la señorita de asesoría de planta baja que me atendió.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay una señora que sale a separar la fila según el trámite que se va hacer pero es muy déspota atiende muy mal y le grita alas personas no tienen por qué atender así. que mal de ustedes deberían de tener más respeto
