MORE THAN AN OPINION IS A COMPLAINT I, REQUEST THE LETTER OF THE CANCELLATION OF THE MORTGAGE FROM THE MONTH OF AUGUST 2019 WHICH UNTIL THE DATE OF TODAY THERE IS NO SIGNATURE AND THAT THE LETTER HAS BEEN STOPPED IN BEAUTIFULLY IS THE TIME THAT ONE WAITS FOR A PROCESS SO I KNOW IT IS FREE BUT A TIME OF 6 MONTHS AND NOTHING OF ANSWER FOR ONE AS A CUSTOMER OF HIS INSTITUTION VERY BAD SERVICE BY INFONAVIT.
