They had me waiting 10 minutes from one menu to another, when they answered me they asked for my SSN and CURP and then they hung up on me without solving my doubts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo una.semana hablando diario, todo.el.día mientras trabajo, cada 10 min se corta , pero nunca contestan. Que tengo que hacer para hablar con alguien ahí???? Super pésimo. Ni siquiera puedo decir servicio, porque no lo he recibido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se si me pueda ayudar , sacamos una casa , con la PROMOTORA VAINILLA , la casa tenia un monto por la compra , pero el monto de credito del infonavit , era mayor al costo de la casa
Asi que se ofreció a que ese monto sobrante , lo podían sacar ellos , aparte (ingresarlo como costo total de la casa) y el sobrante seria depositado en una cuenta personal , obvio con su respectivo descuentos o (mordida ) esto fue desde el mes de agosto y nos traen a llamada tras llamada , quedando muy formal en depositarlo , en dichas fechas las cuales nunca llegan Hasta el dia de hoy no se a depositado y hasta la misma gerente Daniela Sánchez que es la encargada de esto a bloqueado nuestro numero para no tener contacto con ella , y en la oficia , comentan que siempre esta en junta
me podria ayudar o acesorar diciéndome que hacer , no es el único caso , sabemos de propia voz de ella , que son mas clientes estafados de esa manera

Me enviaron al fondo de las oficinas y había como 40 gentes esperando a que alguien las atendiera en ese espacio cerrado sin estar el área con las mínimas condiciones de higiene y sana distancia así como gente sin cubrebocas
Al final me salí pues perdí como media hora esperando alguien llegara
Después me dijeron que había pedido una alternativa que ni solicite

They sent me to the back of the offices and there were about 40 people waiting for someone to attend to them in that closed space without being the area with the minimum conditions of hygiene and healthy distance as well as people without masks
In the end I left because I lost about half an hour waiting for someone to arrive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca te atienden, solo se escucha el menú de grabación que se la pasa repitiendo lo mismo,es terrible el servicio y en las oficinas es igual de terrible.
They never attend to you, you only hear the recording menu that keeps repeating the same thing, the service is terrible and in the offices it is just as terrible.
