★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiado tiempo de espera en las filas de cobranza, imagínense, alguien super molesto por algún error en sus pagos y que lo tengan esperando más de dos horas para poder solucionarlo, es bastante, yo en la fila vi como se formaban hasta 20 minutos, y al ver qué no avanza la fila, optaban por irse
