★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan mucho en atender ..obligan a ir a las oficinas por qué la aplicación no siempre resuelve el problema y no digamos del servicio por teléfono ...jamás contestan !!! En general el servicio aunque el personal es amable; tienen muchas áreas de oportunidad
They take a long time to attend...they force you to go to the offices because the application does not always solve the problem and let's not mention the service by phone...they never answer!!! In general the service although the staff is friendly; they have many areas of opportunity
