★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pues pero muy muy mala experiencia de verdad como pueden permitir tener trabajadores que atienden alas personas que van a solicitar un crédito en este caso un derechohabiente con un aptitud de prepotencia y no solo eso gritarle de verdad yo me quede viendo como esa trabajadora le gritaba y sobre todo el vigilante se reía de la mera como estaban tratando es una vergüenza que como permiten pasen esa clase de cosas y que esos trabajadores sigan laborando como si nada yo le pediría de la manera mas atenta pudieran hablar con su personal para que ya no siga pasando esos maltratos a las personas que por su derecho de obtener un crédito y pagarlo con tanto sacrificio todavía reciban maltrato es el colmo de verdad no se vale la señora solio casi llorando de como le grito esa persona que tienen como personal
well, but really, very bad experience, as they can allow to have workers who attend to the people who are going to apply for a loan in this case, a right-holder with an aptitude for arrogance and not only that, really shouting at me, I was seeing how that worker yelled at her Above all, the guard laughed at the mere way they were trying. It is a shame that they allow such things to happen and that these workers continue working as if nothing I would ask in the most attentive way they could talk to their staff so that they no longer follow passing those mistreatments to the people who for their right to obtain a credit and pay it with so much sacrifice still receive mistreatment is the last straw, the lady doesn’t really stop, almost crying about how that person yelled at her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera darle menos de 1 estrella, se la daria.. pésima atención de los asesores, hasta parece que les van a pedir favores, son déspotas y prepotentes, ojalá los cambien para bien de los derechohabientes.
If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. Terrible attention from the advisors, it even seems that they are going to ask them for favors, they are despots and arrogant, I hope they change them for the good of the beneficiaries.
