If you are unemployed and pay on your own at the beginning of each year, it goes up, so if you paid less for a few pesos, that goes to capital and you still owe January. 3. I entered a covid support that was not reflected, the advice they gave me online was do not pay because it will be reflected. Which never happened and people entered my private without authorization to charge me those Infonavit monthly payments. 4. Although I was working and my employer contributed my monthly payments, they have put me in a restructuring that I did not request, because I do not want to pay more interest, and now online they tell me to pay the month so that the restructuring is removed, but in another call that I did not pay that because I would go to the Capital so they made a report to which I have to attach documentation on the portal but the page never works. My advice is better to get credit in a bank than Infonavit, it is frustrating that not even the Director helps you and is only a despotic person, not empathetic, rude and will never support you

To get there by car, I recommend going directly to the Soriana parking lot, since the Infonavit has very little space to park (about 5 places), and from Soriana you walk only 100 meters and you are there. Also, make an appointment online for your procedures. Due to the pandemic, people have to wait outside in the sun or cold and you only pass until they allow you. But if you have an appointment, they allow you to come in immediately. I have been about 5 times and it has never taken me more than 15 minutes to enter, do my paperwork, and leave.
