★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una completa basura , tienen atendiendo a una policía en la entrada lo cual es como poner al más ignorante y mala madre a atender , solo dan 20 fichas por día fui el número 20 y pase a las 12 cuando cierran a la 1, mejor saquen su cita aunque la espera es de un mes o más es mejor que irse a firmar y que no te atiendan después de formarte por varias horas. Es la peor entidad gubernamental que he visitado en la cdmx una verdadera burla a la sociedad mexicana y una basura de servicio y de personas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible atención de todo el personal. Trabajan solo de 8:30 am a 2:30 pm. Si quieres sacar ficha para que te atiendan en la sucursal tienes que estar formado desde antes de las 7 am sino no alcanzas ficha. Sus citas por internet están muy lejanas en el tiempo ( 2 meses). Te hacen dar varias vueltas en vano, personal grosero y despota. Aparte que la información de su página no está actualizada.
Terrible attention from all the staff. They work only from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. If you want to get a token to be attended to at the branch, you have to be in line before 7 am otherwise you can't get a token. His internet appointments are very far in time (2 months). They make you spin around in vain, rude staff and despise. Besides that the information on your page is not up to date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para que borraran mi cuenta por que no me deja entrar en el portal, me pidierion que me apuntara en una lista y segun quedaba de una dia a otro, no funciono...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servico empezado por la disque vigilancia que te trata peor que delincuente, nunca me hicieron el tramite que necesitaba a cambio fui al de ermita y me atendieron de otra manera y me hicieron el tramite sin ponerme tantos peros.
