★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, dejé una impresora para reparar y quedaron en llamarme para darme la cotización, lo cual nunca hicieron, cuando llamé me dijeron que aun no la revisaban y otra vez quedaron en llamarme y pasó lo mismo. Al final hablé otra vez y me dicen que no encontraron la pieza que estaba dañada. O sea que no la repararon y todavía al recoger me cobraron 300 pesos por la supuesta revisión!!
Lousy service, I left a printer to repair and they agreed to call me to give me the quote, which they never did, when I called they told me they still didn't check it and again they kept calling me and the same thing happened. In the end I spoke again and they tell me they didn't find the piece that was damaged. In other words, they did not repair it and they still charged me 300 pesos for the supposed review !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se mandó un equipo a arreglar y lo devolvieron todo cochino, con menos memoria Ram, el equipo contaba con 12gb de la misma marca, y la devolvieron con 10gb y de marcas diferentes (foto), con un HDD de menos capacidad y el servicio pésimo. La falla aún persiste a pesar de que entregaron la pieza "dañada" aparte, argumentando que se habia cambiado.
A team was sent to fix and they returned everything filthy, with less Ram memory, the team had 12gb of the same brand, and they returned it with 10gb and different brands (photo), with a less capacity HDD and terrible service . The fault still persists even though they turned over the "damaged" part separately, arguing that it had been changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, les deje mi computadora indicándoles que falla tenía, tardaron dos meses en decirme la falla que ya les había dicho (lo cual era un cargador), después de esos dos meses tardaron otro mes en tratar de surtir el cargador, no lo consiguieron, solicite mi computadora y el reembolso, han pasado 90 días y no he podido recuperar mi dinero, además, me devolvieron el equipo con detalles estéticos que no tenía y sin los controladores de la pantalla táctil (cuestión que ellos iban a "reparar", para cobrarme más dinero). No les recomiendo dejar sus equipos con ellos.
Bad service, I left my computer telling them what fault I had, it took two months to tell me the fault I had already told them (which was a charger), after those two months it took another month to try to stock the charger, they didn't get it , I requested my computer and the refund, 90 days have passed and I have not been able to recover my money, in addition, they returned the equipment with aesthetic details that I did not have and without the touch screen controllers (which they were going to "repair", to charge me more money). I do not recommend leaving your equipment with them.
