Todos amontonados, muy incómodo, EL VIAJE ES DE 1:10HS O TAL VEZ MAS, 0 protocolo covid. Y el precio es el mismo que OCC o ADO. Por ganar unos pesos perdieron clientes. NUNCA MAS INFOTURISTICA!!! NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!!! For nothing, hire their services for transportation to the airport. We were 7 people (including the driver) in a car. All crowded, very uncomfortable, THE TRIP IS 1: 10HS OR MAYBE MORE, 0 covid protocol. And the price is the same as OCC or ADO. By earning a few pesos they lost clients. NEVER MORE INFOTO TOURISM !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYTHING !!!
O	Omar Diaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia con esta gente. No pierdan su tiempo, su dinero y buen humor. Primero queriamos un city tour, nos los vendieron pero al final fue todo improvisado, ni siquiera conocían al señor (se estaban presentando cuando llegamos). A pesar de parecer muy buena persona el señor, al tour le faltaba mucha información, solo nos señalaba los edificios. Luego hicimos el tour de Palenque y Misol-Ha, nos enteramos ya durante el tour que bastante seguido los zapatistas trancan las vías (en la agencia ni lo comentan), lo que sí tienen es una política de no devolución de dinero en caso de que ocurra (la cuál está en la parte de atrás del vauche de pago). Supuestamente nos iban a devolver el dinero que las entradas no compradas. Tampoco fue el caso. De nuevo, la persona del transporte no trabajaba para la agencia, se ve que lo que hace esta "agencia" es subrentar servicios de terceros, así que a la hora de reclamar, nadie sabe nada y el dinero desaparece. Finalmente no enteramos que que otras agencias si lograron pasar el bloqueo y realizar el tour. Una mala experiencia, una peor atención. Very bad experience with these people. Do not waste your time, money and good humor. First we wanted a city tour, they sold us but in the end it was all improvised, they didn't even know the man (they were introducing themselves when we arrived). Despite the man seeming to be a very good person, the tour lacked a lot of information, he only pointed out the buildings. Then we did the tour of Palenque and Misol-Ha, we already found out during the tour that quite often the Zapatistas block the roads (they don't even comment on it at the agency), what they do have is a policy of not refunding money in case occurs (which is on the back of the payment voucher). Supposedly they were going to return the money that the tickets were not purchased. Neither was the case. Again, the transport person did not work for the agency, it is seen that what this "agency" does is sublet services from third parties, so when making a claim, nobody knows anything and the money disappears. Finally, we did not find out that other agencies managed to pass the blockade and carry out the tour. A bad experience, a worse attention.
Y	Yourick de Bruin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad agency! Booked today 4 trips with them. The first tour was a horse riding tour. They connected me to a guy Don Manuel that has two kids working for him (<18yrs) and did the tour. The agency promissed us a tour in nature in reality you go on a concrete road! Next to that, they were to late with the start of the tour and finally arrived at an old village they gave us an hour to visit. As there was a lot to see we were 15 min too late with two other people that booked this tour. Resulted in the kids that left with the horses and we had to take back a taxi to San Cristobal! The agency did not want to arrange anything for us and has no extra service... After coming back and asking the agency how this could happen they did not have a clear answer and did NOT want to refund us!! We decided to cancel everthing as they are not trustwortht!! Advise do not book with them ;)
G	Gianluca Francescato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The places visited were amazing, but the service really poor. 3 out of 4 means were quite a bad experience, little food and no chances of having more (I was hungry all day). Then nobody told us that we had to wait 3,30h for the driver to pick us up yesterday, with no internet and no activities (I would at least brought a book). The van was overbooked, so I had to squeeze in the small seat between the driver and the passenger for 3h. And the drivers were quite rude, yesterday coming back from the jungle I’ve got asked from the driver 150 pesos to wait for me 1 minute outside my hotel. Tourists are not cash machines, I hope you can improve your service.
