Ayer jueves a las 10:00 hr programamos un rellenado y al día de hoy viernes19:30 hrs nadie vino a surtir. Te hacen programar el rellenado desde un día antes y de todas maneras, no vienen a rellenar. ¿Y el paciente? ¿Cómo se va a sostener sin oxígeno?, ¿Se necesita más de 48 horas para un simple rellenado de cilindro?, ¿No tienen supervisores?, ¿No hay quien coordine el resurtido de cilindros?, ¿A nadie le importa el paciente y el cliente?
Poor service. In the contract it does not specify that on Sundays there is no attention to the public, and this complicates the schedule of filling the tank. Yesterday, Thursday at 10:00 a.m., we scheduled a refill and as of today, Friday, 7:30 p.m., nobody came to fill it. They make you schedule the refilling one day before and they don't come to refill anyway. And the patient? How are you going to sustain without oxygen? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de los que reciben los cilindros. Lleve el mío para que lo rehabilitaran y simplemente se limitó la persona que lo vio a decir que no es la marca que ellos manejan. Sin dar más explicaciones. Ninguna solución por parte de esa persona.
Terrible service from those who receive the cylinders. I took mine to be rehabilitated and the person who saw it simply limited themselves to saying that it is not the brand they handle. Without giving further explanation. No solution from that person.
