★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es decepcionante la atención brindada por Norma Jiménez (Ni parece que estamos en pleno siglo XXI con esa atención)..
Vas a la sucursal y te pide que llames para el seguimiento. Haces la llamada y te dice todo lo contrario a lo que te dijo en la sucursal (no se si en sucursal lo haga porque ahí están sus jefes).
A final de cuentas no te resuelve nada.
Indica que uno tiene que mover el tanque de oxígeno (con un peso superior a los 80 kg), aún sabiendo que dichos tanques deben ser manipulados con mucho cuidado ya que un mal manejo de los mismos podría tener consecuencias fatales.
Hace falta capacitación o en caso contrario una persona competente con el puesto.
The attention provided by Norma Jiménez is disappointing (Nor does it seem that we are in the XXI century with that attention).
You go to the branch and he asks you to call for follow-up. You make the call and he tells you the opposite of what he told you at the branch (I don't know if he does it at the branch because his bosses are there).
In the end, it doesn't solve anything for you.
It indicates that one has to move the oxygen tank (weighing more than 80 kg), even knowing that said tanks must be handled with great care since mishandling them could have fatal consequences.
Training is required or otherwise a competent person with the position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En gral buena atención, se entiende por la cantidad de clientes que manejan por la pandemia, pero el q está en donde dan los tanques medio prepotente, no dicen bien como hacer el trámite para cambiar el tanque d oxígeno y tampoco tienen mucha empatía en acomodar horarios para la entrega a domicilio, pero bueno, saben q los necesitamos tal vez por eso se dan su taco

Fuimos a llenar un tanque y nos dijeron que ya no había servicio, si fuera una emergencia, ¿para qué sirven?
Medical oxygen is a staple item right now and I think this company should have cylinder filling and delivery service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We went to fill a tank and they told us that there was no service, if it was an emergency, what are they for?
